Protein pancakes
A breakfast delight!
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop THRIVE protein powder
1 egg
1 small banana, mashed
a dash of milk of your choice.
METHOD
Mix ingredients together until combined. Fry a few minutes each side in a pan until golden brown. Serve with berries (and maple syrup if you love it).
Packing 33g protein for breakfast to start the day right.

Overnight oats
A morning protein boost.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup rolled oats
2 scoops (30g per serve) THRIVE Lean Whey chocolate protein powder
2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
1 grated green apple
60ml full cream milk (or alt milk of choice)
Handful of crushed walnuts
Blueberries/other fruit to serve – if desired
Makes 2 serves
METHOD:
Mix all ingredients together. Put in small jars/glass containers overnight. This makes between 2-3 serves (depending on how hungry you are!) because let’s be honest, we are all busy and who wants to prep for just one breakfast.
Serve with fruit or extra yoghurt.
Each serve has 30g+ protein (based on 2 serves)

Snap, crackle, GLOW!
INGREDIENTS
1 packet protein crisps
4 tbsp maple syrup
6 tbsp coconut oil
10g Wellspring GLOW collagen power
150g dark chocolate
Sea salt
METHOD
Mix crisps, maple syrup, coconut oil and collagen powder. If it’s a bit dry, add a little extra coconut oil. Press firmly onto a baking tray with baking paper. Put in fridge to set. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the top. Sprinkle with sea salt. Put in freezer for a few hours to set. Cut into 12 pieces (approx).
Each serve has 9g protein.
